We have managed to secure a deal that allows us to offer the Dini Argeo TPWN09 at a crazy price. The TPWN09 pallet truck scale is manufactured in Italy unlike many of its closest rivals. Support for servicing, repairs and calibration is unparalleled as spares and support is readily available direct through Scalesmart.

The TPWN09 used to be sold at £985.00 list price, due to the amount of units we are buying in we have negotiated big savings that we can then push to our customers. So if you are put off by the price being too low and wondering if this truck is man enough for the job, don’t worry it is.

The current lead time is approx 1 week whilst we build up our stock levels.

Delivery cost to UK mainland is £90.00, however a complete pallet truck scale delivered to you at £689.00 represents excellent value for money for an EU manufactured truck.

The prices of pallet truck scales like all other scales have plummeted in the last couple of years, the ease of bringing in lower quantities from Chinese manufacturers has opened up the market to a flood of various models all with their own quirks and intricacies.

The most popular low cost model would appear to labelled up as Mettler Toledo (MT) or as much feature a Mettler Toledo Hawk Indicator. That’s pretty much where the association with MT stops. Now I’m not going to bash these units as they fit a price bracket that suit some customers budgets, however knowing the amount of abuse that some of our customer dish out to pallet scales I just cannot afford to sell them.

Over a year ago a customer of mine baulked at the price I quoted for a UK manufactured pallet scale, he couldn’t understand why i was some 40% more expensive than the cheaper model he had found on the Internet. The answer is backup, warranty and serviceability: the scale I was offering came with on-site warranty and not only that it came with my own seal of approval.

My ethos when selling over the internet has been to provide good quality brand name scales at discounted prices, this gives the customer a piece of mind when it comes to backup and servicing. I know i can get parts for every item i have listed in my shop, i also know that the scales i sell can be serviced by other scale dealers other than Scalesmart.com

Anyway I digress…… My customer decided against my advice and purchased the cheaper unit, 4 months later we received a service call out to a machine they had that was faulty, well you can guess the rest.

The scale was unserviceable and subsequently scrapped leading to the customer finally taking my advice and buying a UK manufactured one that can be serviced and maintained.
