We are please to announce that our new UK and Ireland store is almost complete and ready to take orders. The new site has been in development since November 2008 and is a sophisticated upgrade to the old website which has served us well for the last 8 years.

With ever increasing competition within the weighing industry, it was deemed a new website was necessary to increase our presence on line within the UK marketplace. The new site has many more features including accurate shipping estimates for customers and a higher level of interaction. We hope to implement a customer support and RMA system as well to increase our our sales performance.

The new Scalesmart website has also seen a significant increase in product range, for example we now offer the entire Seca medical scale range with a discount of 10% off list price, we now supply Kern medical scales as well.

Lab balances from the major manufacturers such as AnD Instruments, Ohaus and Kern have been added to the ever increasing portfolio of products.

We have kept to our company ethos of selling brand recognised weighing scales at discounted prices and not selling unserviceable or unbranded scales.
